Allow Me To Re-Introduce Essence Presents + The Dawn of Retreat Before Moving to the Hudson Valley

Hello you! Welcome to The Latest Blog!

I am beyond excited to finally even be TYPING this first blog on our re-beautified platform! The reason why is because all of it has been such a long time coming. I spent the entire summer redesigning and rebranding Essence Presents Production- our services, our logo, and the fact that it's even OUR instead of MY! Ah, there is so much to update you guys on. But first things first, thank you all so much for being here and checking out the blog.

I'll start out by saying that my partner Christian has been a lovely addition to the "team" here at Essence! It's always just been me running EPP solo, but I've been lucky enough to have fallen in love with one of THE most creative people I've ever had the honor of knowing. He's a multimedia artist

(painter, musician, writer, and amazing creator of all sorts), and having his creative eye on the visual projects we've been doing this past summer has been a game-changer, to say the least. He'll be re-launching his online fine art shop on October 31st previously known as Nightmare Anthology, and is now The Dream Anthology! We're SO excited about what awaits.

Now for the Essence Updates! This past summer has been such a wildly positive and propelling time for my work, and it's exciting to finally be able to say that it's all happening. Not only will Essence Presents Production have a consistent blog, but we now have a monthly newsletter, a (pending) shop, brand new membership options & tiers, and finally, a brand new service offering: Content Design + Strategy! These services are really geared toward my small business friends who need graphic design, social media management, copywriting, prolonged marketing management & monthly analytics reporting. With these services, we are basically taking the content shenanigans of being a modern-day small business owner off your plate and placing them on ours. A bit more detail on the new updates below:

• Our Content Design service offers the creation of social media graphics, ads/promotions, infographics/info sheets, and email layouts with your branding, style, and voice, always keeping in mind your aesthetic. If you don't feel like your brand has a 'proper' brand kit at this time, this service is also ideal for allowing it to come to life. Content Design is available as a one-off service or consistently (through Essence Memberships!)

• Our Content Strategy service offers guidance and creation of both your social media presence as a whole and measuring/tracking what content best resonates with your target audience, your mission, and your goals. This service is best for those who want to totally streamline their content and scale. You'll have eyes on what's working and what isn't, minus doing all of the work. This service ranges in how much is involved but has the capability of including content creation (graphic design, copywriting), monthly analytics reporting, social media post publishing, and the application of strategic distribution tactics. General Essence updates!

• The Latest Blog & Newsletter - You are HERE! This blog is going to be a culmination of my personal learnings in the areas of entrepreneurship, content marketing, wellness, spirituality, and basically anything else I find to be valuable to my growth. I'm a believer in the idea that we all have something to teach one another as we all have such complex and nuanced life experiences. This is my way of giving back and providing guidance, value & resonance for those undertaking similar paths, or those who are simply curious. The Newsletter will be for those who want not only the blog but also monthly updates on exclusive promotions for shoots & services, shop updates, + information/updates on my other work! • Essence Memberships - Okay, so I've revamped these once again (just call me the Phoenix... I'm actually a Scorpio rising so it makes a lot of sense..) These memberships came to be actually from a personal challenge I came across when I was building my other business, Brilliant Pit, in the good ol' year of 2020. I was finding that I genuinely felt like "creating content" was more of my business than the actual business itself- providing guidance on seasonal living and wellness for northeasterners (check out my YouTube channel here!). This at the time was a bit more conceptual, and blog-based, so I was finding it easy to simply create content to convey the mission, but also realized just how much work it was and this dier urge I felt to delegate the content creation so that I could focus on the main offering! This not only sparked Essence Presents Production as a whole but also set the seed for our bread & butter; consistent, quality content creation. In total, we now have 8 Intrinsic Tier options (these ones are for photography/videography, content design, and content strategy a la carte), and 2 All-inclusive options (basically all services in one). Memberships range in frequency but for the most part, are monthly memberships. You can find them here.

• Shop - This is a brand new offering, much like this blog, and I am BEYOND excited to dive into developing it and working on it this coming year. We'll have photography prints, photography/graphic wall art prints, content creation templates, and many more items to branch off from this! I see the shop as a place for my clients to find additional support for their marketing efforts, but also a place where you can find cool & creative prints that give you joy/inspiration every day. For now, there is no set date for when this will launch. After a long summer of hard work, I will be settling down this winter to recuperate and get clear on how I'd like to really bring this to life. I'll be announcing the earliest updates to our newsletter subscribers, so stay tuned there!

In other SUPER exciting news, my partner, pup, and I will be moving to PA for a 6-month "retreat" before making our official move to the Hudson Valley area in the springtime! I haven't felt like I've had the words to really extrapolate on either move, mainly because I'm not all that active on social media (which I'm attempting to change for the sake of connecting with this wonderful community), but also because I have been in focus mode working on everything behind the

scenes for what feels like FAR too long- hence this blog and newsletter coming to be! Know that my goal is to connect with you all on a regular basis here and beyond :)

With a growing desire to be surrounded by nature, and serenity, and have the ability to get creative in my own space, this move came to be with no question. A definitive YES. My ideals have always found themselves in close connection with spirit, and this spirit I find to be closest to me when I'm in close proximity to the natural elements (fire, earth, air, water). A lifestyle that thrives in this connection has been on my brain for so many years. This move to upstate NY has been in the works for some time now, and it wasn't until a serendipitous circumstance came to my attention through family that we decided that a move to PA beforehand could be in our best interest. Through rest, rejuvenation, and a much-needed reset from challenging life endeavors, this move is something I am very much looking forward to, and have set the intention to be extremely supportive and reflective of healthy growth within all areas.

As I type this, it is September 24th, the first official day of autumn. I can't help but speak to the seasonal symbolism that inevitably mirrors our reality time and time again. We will make our way to PA in late November, and we will be there until the sun rises once again. The moment I became aware of these undeniable cycles decoded in everyday life, I knew this was always going to be a part of my message- my north star so to speak. There is something so beautiful about the element of travel, change, and experiencing a new environment. Allowing yourself to respond to it naturally. Excitement and anticipation for this new experience of myself is everpresent in my day-to-day now, but there is also an undeniable feeling of the unknown ahead of me. I've never lived beyond the bounds of New England, and now it is happening faster than originally planned and I know for a fact it will be an adjustment. I'm going to miss my close circle, my family, the land, and the feeling of being 'here', which as we all know, is such a personally nostalgic feeling with a multitude of layers. The feeling of 'home'. But I do know that my soul is ready to experience more, to see beyond what is already known so deeply.

And so with this, I am greeting adventure with open arms, and I couldn't be more excited about it. I will be much more present on these platforms, and hope they can act as an anchor to our core community!

One last thing! As you may imagine, photography and videography services are going to look a lot different for Essence from here on out, BUT that doesn't mean they are totally non-existent. My tentative plan starting in the spring is to take quarterly visits to the NH/MA seacoast area to visit family/friends but also to maintain my quarterly membership client shoots! The only quarterly memberships I offer at this time are in the Intrinsic Tier under Photography/Videography, so if you are interested in this kind of service, but you reside in the New England seacoast area, don't hesitate to reach out!

For my product-based businesses out there, I will be continuously adding to my repertoire of props to build out my home studio capabilities. I already offer this kind of photography, but I plan to make it bigger, brighter, better, and just all-around more capable of handling more and more projects.
